In 2011, a dog named Razzle went missing from his family in Arkansas. After a decade, the dog was found 1,600 miles away from his original residence. The Sheriff’s Office in San Joaquin County found the dog in French Camp, California.
At that time, the animal control officers thought of checking whether the dog had a microchip. Luckily, Razzle had one, and the animal control officers immediately contacted the dog’s family. With the available technology, the officers were able to locate Razzle’s original owners.
Razzle’s parents were in disbelief upon learning the news because the dog had already been missing for a decade. Since it was a long time already, the dog’s parents accepted that they might not be able to reunite with their beloved dog.
However, fate seems to have other plans because Razzle was in good shape when he was found. Other than being old, there was not a major change in the dog.
Since Razzle was found in California, Jeremy Wade became instrumental in reuniting the dog with his parents. Incidentally, Jeremy works as a pilot, and he often receives flying assignments going to Arkansas.
When Jeremy heard about the dog’s case, he did not think twice to lend a helping hand. According to Jeremy, he knows how it feels to get separated from someone you love for a long time. As such, he was glad to be the bridge for Razzle to reunite with his fur parents.
The pilot even posted a video on Facebook showing how relaxed Razzle was during the entire trip. When he arrived at Arkansas airport, Razzle’s family was already there waiting for them. While still in disbelief, the dog’s parents could not believe what happened.
Now that Razzle is already old, the dog’s family plans to spend more time with the dog. This is their way to compensate during those times that Razzle went missing.
